Please call Darla Rohr at 765-569-5350. She will ask for your email so you can set up a portal at therapyportal.com/p/narrowgate/login. From this portal you can complete documents such as consent for treatment, permission to bill your insurance, personal history and so on.
The Narrow Gate LLC uses several types of HIPAA compliant communication after your first contact with us. We use Hushmail for email, messaging through our electronic health record which is Therapynotes LLC and Spruce Health App for texting. We require permission for these different communication and will attempt to use your preferred method to contact you.
